Terms and Conditions

NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

At Flyght, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our fitness classes, activities, and events. To make sure we can accommodate everyone, we are introducing our reservation and cancellation policies for our clients/members and guests.


Important notes:

  • A credit card must be supplied in order to make a reservation.

  • When you register for a class/event, you agree to these terms.

CLASS/ SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

Now you made a reservation for a class/session, but something has come up and you cannot make it. What should you do?

We get it, things come up, you do not feel well, and your kids are sick; life happens. Cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY on our webpage https://www.flyghtwellnessclub.com/

This is the ONLY way to cancel a class. We will not be accepting messages via Social Media, emails, phone/text. 

Late cancellation penalty:

  • For limited class credit holders (drop ins, class packs), late cancellation will result in the loss of the class credit.

  • For unlimited class holders (memberships, intro offers), late cancellation will result in a $10 fee.

 

No-show penalty:

  • For limited class credit holders (drop ins, class packs), no shows will result in the loss of the class credit.

  • For unlimited class holders (memberships, intro offers), late cancellation will result in a $15 fee.

  • We are not responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, and the penalty will still apply. Please arrive for class early or on time.

PRIVATE CLASS/ SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for private classes.

  • Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 48-hour notice.

  • Cancellation of a private class or private session prior to 48-hours before the appointment, could be reschedule within the next 30 days.

  • If you are late for a private class, the class will end at the original time.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the event. This gives us the opportunity to allow others to attend. You may cancel ONLY online or via email at info@flyghtwellnessclub.com. If you must cancel your event, a credit to your account would be issue if cancel before 72 hours before the event. Refunds are not available. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • You understand that you are holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer to a friend.

PHOTO RELEASE:

I authorize FLYGHT WELLNESS CLUB to use, reproduce and/or publish photo and/or video that may pertain to me without compensation. I understand this material may also appear on Create FLYGHT WELLNESS CLUB web page and may be used in various publications, releases, advertising, and promotional materials. This authorization is continuous and can only be withdrawn by specific authorization.
